Hair extensions and FABULOUS color! I made an appointment to learn more about the process…and ended up proceeding immediately and I am SO happy I did. I was greeted at reception by the same person with whom I spoke on the phone. I was surprised that she recognized my name and remembered me from our brief phone conversation 2 days earlier.. She called Bruce, the owner, who greeted me right away and whisked me off to his chair for a “chat”. After a few minutes, it was clear I had found the right person for this job. Bruce clearly knows hair color. He understood exactly what I was saying (and frankly, had been saying to my old hairdresser for years but falling on deaf ears) and made it happen like magic. My hair went from a brassy, awful blonde to a multi-hued, soft, gorgeous, warm blonde that PERFECTLY matched the extensions we chose together. I couldn’t be happier! He took the time to note the color formula so we have it on file for next time. Very nice. A word about the general environment… very upscale (from the fixtures in the restroom to the flooring material on the stairs) but very comfortable (not snooty). I will definitely be coming back! PS – 5 stars for Bruce… he CALLED me the Monday morning following my Saturday appointment just to see how my new hair “went over” with my husband, etc. and to see if I had any questions or issues with the extensions.. nope… everything is fantastic!. Wow… a follow up call from my hairdresser? That’s amazing!

Every time I visit Last Tangle in Washington I enjoy my experience from the receptionists to the salon assistants to my hairstyle with Bruce Marks. I also find the other clients to be very personable and polite. Bruce is entertaining and his years of experience show in his work. Having recently moved out of the immediate area, I continue to make my way to DC and to Last Tangle in Washington…I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. I recommend this salon 100 percent!

As a busy attorney, I find that I often let too much time go by without getting my hair cut. I’m fortunate that I have quite a full head of hair, but it can get very unruly when it’s not cut within about 4 week intervals. I’ve been to several high level salons (including ones in Georgetown) and can honestly say that my haircuts with Bruce have been the best so far. He is truly an artist whose cuts are well priced, especially for the amount of time that they hold up for me. Even after 6-7 weeks, my hair still looks good.

After a 1 year search I finally found Bruce at Last Tangle in DuPont Circle - DC. I'm what they call an "Extension Snob" and Bruce at LT is the BEST!. My extensions and hair color look amazing and my color is beyond perfect. He's truly a master at color... Bruce's work is meticulous and gorgeous, I'm lucky I found him.
After numerous salons in the DC area ruined my hair, I was skeptical to say the least. Bruce consulted and educated me about different extensions and their the results... I was used to The "old school" Remy individual strand method. Bruce quickly changed that for me and "I'm so glad he did".
Bruce introduced me to The Tape Method Extension which are simply unbelievable. My hair looks and feels the best it ever has. The Tape Method Hair Extensions are NOT noticeable nor can you feel them when you sleep! (A HUGE BONUS). These extensions are silky smooth, shiny and extremely easy to care for! I simply love them.
About my COLOR: Again... after entire year I found Bruce! Bruce color corrected my hair to a gorgeous classic brunette! Thank you Bruce.... I highly recommend Bruce at Last Tangle for color and extensions.
